If returning by mail, please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-435-1393, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST). Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Online purchases can be returned to Mr. Hammer Nails, LLC. online store for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Just return the item along with the order packing slip or order and we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase. If you do not have a proof of purchase, please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-435-1393 EST. Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
